Brown Printing Company self-disclosed violations of incorrect reporting values in their 2010 Annual Compliance Report. While this violation was self-disclosed to EPA, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency was building a case against Brown Printing Company for similar violations discovered during a state inspection. The violations were added to the MPCA case already being developed.
