BASF Corporation is in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E) which states it is unlawful to distribute or sale to any person of any pesticide which is misbranded. The product is in violation of FIFRA due to the product's label differing from EPA approved label. Stop Sale was issued 4/19/2012. BASF Corporation has agreed to be in compliance with above.
