Region 10 settled with Alyeska Seafoods, Inc. (Alyeska), for violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) § 112(r) risk management program (RMP) requirements. The Region alleged that Alyeska failed to comply with several risk management program requirements that apply to its use of anhydrous ammonia since December 15, 2004, at its seafood processing facility in Unalaska. The violations have since been corrected. Under the terms of the Consent Agreement and Final Order, Alyeska agreed to pay a penalty of $43,373.
