A voluntary self-disclosure under the Audit Policy was submitted by email to the EPA on November 15, 2010. The disclosure indicated the Respondent failed to file timely Toxic Release Inventory Form R reports as required by Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act for certain glycol ethers for calendar years 2007 and 2008 and that a revised Form R report needed to be filed for certain glycol ethers for calendar year 2009.
