EPA Region 6 issued a Cease and Desist Administrative Order (AO) to Respondent, Gary Davis Oil, LLC, on April 13, 2012 for unauthorized discharge of brine to U.S. waters. The AO requires the Respondent to cease all discharges from the facility; remove the brine from the creek and soils; and certify in writing within 30 days that these requirements have been completed.
