EPA Region 6 issued a Cease and Desist Administrative Order (AO) to Respondent, B & H Oil Company, LLC, on April 13, 2012 for unauthorized discharge of brine to U.S. waters. The AO requires the Respondent to cease all discharges from the facility; remove the brine from the creek and soils; and certify in writing within 30 days that these requirements have been completed.
