On 8/25/2011, Hinsdale Farms disclosed violations to CAA 112(r)(7) at its Bristol, IN facility in that they failed to resubmit an update of their Risk Management Plan to the RMP Reporting Center within 5 years of the plan's initial submission. EPA has determined that Hinsdale Farms meets the conditions for a 100% reduction in gravity-based penalties pursuant to the Self-Policing Policy and consequently will not seek any penalties.
