Laurel Mountain Midstream Operating LLC is the result of a joint venture between The Williams Company and Atlas Pipeline Partnership. The joint venture acquired facilities from Atlas Energy Resources. Prior to and immediately after acquisition, LLM conducted compliance evaluations and self disclosed potential violations pursuant to the Audit Policy as modified by the Interim Approach.
