Respondent was inspected on May 19, 2010 and found to be using three (PCB) Transformers which had not been registered with EPA. Access to each of the three PCB Transformers was not marked with required ML, a dumpster labeled Cardboard only was placed next to one of the PCB Transformers, and respondent could not produce annual documents. Relief sought includes payment of a penalty, correction of the violations, and completion of a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) that includes the proper removal and disposal of 56 PCB capacitors.
