On July 25, 2012, Region 10 entered into an Expedited Settlement Agreement in connection with an EPA SPCC Inspection of the M.L. Albright & Sons, Inc. Facility in Lewiston, Idaho that occurred in August 2011. During the inspection, it was determined that M.L. Albright & Sons Maintenance Shop had violations at the facility, including a deficient SPCC plan and inadequate secondary containment measures. The terms of the settlement required the respondent to pay a penalty of $1,850 and correct all found violations within a 60-day time period.
