BASF and EPA also entered into Clean Air Act Section 113(a) Administrative Consent Order, which requires BASF to maintain the reformulated process and off-site wastewater treatment practices to assure continued compliance with Subpart PPP�s wastewater requirements, and to conduct a third-party audit of its LDAR compliance procedures and adopt certain quality assurance measures to ensure continued LDAR compliance.
