Respondent is a for-profit corporation registered in New York State, operating in wholesale petroleum products, specializing in gasoline. The company owns UST Systems at 45 locations in New York State. Violations of Part 280 requirements were discovered by EPA during EPA contractor inspections in calendar year 2010. Thirteen (13) facilities are being cited for violations, which are for cathodic protection, tank release detection, and line release detection . The violations must be addressed and compliance achieved.
