On September 11, 2012, EPA Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order to initiate and simultaneously resolve an administrative action filed under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 with Jorgensen Forge Corporation. EPA alleged that Jorgensen Forge Corporation, a metal forging facility located in Tukwila, Washington, failed to submit timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms (ÂForm RÂ) for chromium, lead, manganese, and nickel for calendar year 2010. Jorgensen Forge Corporation has agreed to pay a penalty of $73,600.
