On 1/25/2012 EPA conducted an unannounced EPCRA 311/312 compliance inspection at the American Bottling Co. in Grand Ledge, MI and discovered that this facility had never submitted Tier II forms for the lead and sulfuric acid contained in the batteries used to operate its pallet jacks to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department.
