As a result of the release or threatened release of hazardous substances, EPA has undertaken response actions at or in connection with the Mercury Refining Superfund site, under Section 104 of CERCLA, and will undertake response actions in the future. Such response actions have included the performance of a Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study, issuance of a proposed plan, Record of Decision, and a responsible party search.
