EPA issued a Unilateral Administrative Order to the Respondent requiring it to participate and cooperate with the parties performing a time-critical removal action to address contaminated sediments in the Lower Passaic River at River Mile 10.9 under an administrative order on consent (AOC). The work to be performed by the Respondent, if any, will be determined through discussions with the AOC settling parties.
