This Order pertains to the property located at Heritage-WTI, Inc. (WTI), 1250 St. George Street
East Liverpool, Ohio 43920-3400 (the WTI Site or the Site). This Order requires the
Respondents WTI and ATI Wah Chang (Wah Chang) to conduct removal activities to abate an imminent and substantial endangerment to the public health, welfare or the environment that may be presented by the actual or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from the Site.
This Order applies to and is binding upon the Respondents WTI and Wah Chang, and Respondents' heirs, receivers, trustees, successors and assigns.
