On October 28, 2011, a voluntary self-disclosure under the Audit Policy was submitted by letter to the Environmental Protection Agency. In the letter it was disclosed that the company had failed to file a TRI Form R report for naphthalene for calendar year 2010. The required Form R report was submitted on November 3, 2011.
