This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA issued to Nikkiso Cyro, Inc. for the violations occuring at their facility located at 4661 Eaker Street, North Las Vegas, NV 89081. The violations involved failure to implement certain sections of its Risk Management Program as required under Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA. The Complaint / Consent Agreement establishes that Respondent will pay a penalty of $5,680.
