On September 14, 2012, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) that resolves violations of NESHAP, Subpart CCCCCC Â Gasoline Dispensing Facilities by Thomas West Fuels, Lubricants & Chemicals, LLC (Thomas West Fuels), in Fort Hall, Idaho, on the Fort Hall Reservation. Thomas West Fuels violated NESHAP, Subpart CCCCCC by unloading gasoline into storage tanks at the TP Gas and Convenience Store (a tribally-owned gas station) without a vapor balance system in place between January 10, 2011, and January 25, 2012. Thomas West Fuels agreed to pay a penalty of $45,600.
