RESPONDENTS FAILED TO MONITOR SYSTEM'S WATER DURING SECOND AND THIRD QUARTERS OF 2008 FOR TOTAL COLIFORM BACTERIA AND ARE IN VIOLATION. Administrative Order issued to the Respondent for violations of the SDWA drinking water regulations, including failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to monitor the ground water source following a total coliform positive sample, failure to issue a public notice and failure to report certain violations to EPA.
