On multiple dates between July 2008 and September 2008, Respondent discharged, caused the discharge, directed the discharge and/or agreed with other persons or business entities to discharge dredged and/or fill material without an authorized permit into approximately 6.7 acres of jurisdictional waters of the US, in connection with the Stone Canyon Residential Development. Settlement includes a mitigaton plan and conservation easements for 70 acres. Respondent to pay $32,000 to settle the alleged violations.
