Parker-Hannifin failed to submit notifications and reports required under the Area Source NESHAP for iron and steel foundries. This ACO requires Parker-Hannifin to submit the required notifications and reports. No penalties or process-modifications were required to bring the source into compliance with the rule, 40 CFR 63, Subpart ZZZZZ.
