This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA issued to Johnston Farms Family Limited Partnership for the violations occuring at the Johnston Farms facility, located in Edison, CA. The violation involved failure to perform a compliance audit at least every three years, failure to submit a correction to the RMP within one month of a change in the emergency contact information, and failure to develop a plan to notify emergency responders when there is a need for a response,as required under Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA. The Complaint / Consent Agreement establishes that Respondent will pay a penalty of $2040.
