The EPA has issued an Administrative Order (Order) to South Circle Improvement and Service District, which owns and/or operates the South Circle Improvement and Service District public water system, located in Washakie County, WY, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order include: exceeding the maximum contaminant levels for combined radium, failing to provide public notice for having
exceeded the maximum contaminant levels for combined radium and failing to report these violations to the EPA.
