RESPONDENT'S OPERATION OF WELL IS IN VIOLATION OF THE EPA REGULATIONS AND IS, THEREFORE, IN VIOLATION.Facility was operating a banned Class V motor vehicle waste disposal well. Facility permanently closed the well within the timeframe of the order and so no penalty was collected.
