RESPONDENT OPERATES A MOTOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AREA WITH ONE FLOOR DRAIN; THE DRAIN LEADS INTO A SEPTIC SYSTEM. Facility was operating a banned Class V motor vehicle waste disposal well. Facility permanently closed the well within the timeframe of the order and so no penalty was collected.
