EPA filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order resolving violations of Arizona's federally authorized RCRA hazardous waste management requirements by BASF Corporation. BASF sent liquid hazardous waste for treatment and disposal to a landfill that was not permitted to accept such liquid waste. The liquid waste load was rejected by the landfill.
