On September 18, 2012, EPA entered into a settlement agreement with Pyramid Circuits, Inc for RCRA hazardous waste violations at their facility in Santa Clara, California. The respondent agreed to pay a $8,400 penalty to address numerous violations, including failure to meet hazardous waste container labeling requirements, and failure to obtain a permit for the storage of hazardous waste.
