The agreement settles a complaint in which EPA alleged that Respondents were in violation of 40 C.F.R. § 61.145(b) for failing to provide EPA with a written notice of their intention to demolish or renovate their hotel facility located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, at least ten working days before demolition activities began. Under the settlement, Respondents will pay a penalty.
