On October 18, 2012 Region 10 issued an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent to address violations by Respondent David M. Callister of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and regarding restoration and mitigation required to address the unauthorized placement of fill material into wetlands and other waters of the United States alleged by the EPA on the Respondent�s property located in Donnelly, Idaho. The Order requires Mr. Callister to develop and implement a Restoration Plan by November 19, 2012.
