On November 30, 2012, EPA Region I issued an Immediate Compliance Orders under Section 113(a)(3) of the Clean Air Act. Shelburne Museum of Shelburne, Vermont was cited for failing to provide EPA with notification at least ten days before demolition work began at 5804 Shelburne Road and 5834 Shelburne Road in Shelburne, Vermont. The order requires Shelburne Museum to immediately comply with the Asbestos NESHAP.
