On November 2, 2012, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Complaint, Compliance Order and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing (Administrative Complaint) under its authority pursuant to Section 3008(a), to TM Chemicals Limited Partnership, located in Deer Park, Texas. The Administrative Complaint was issued in response to violations of Section 335.62 of Title 30 of the Texas Administrative Code, 40 CFR 262.11. The Administrative Complaint requires TM Chemicals Limited Partnership to comply with applicable regulations and to pay a civil administrative penalty of $92,690.00. TM Chemicals has 30 days from the date of service of the Administrative Complaint to file an Answer.
