On January 7, 2013, Region 10 entered into an Expedited Settlement Agreement in connection with an EPA SPCC Inspection of the Bristow Alaska Inc., Bristow Alyeska Pump Station 6 Facility in Stevens Village, Alaska that occurred in August 2012. During the inspection, it was determined that Bristow Pump Station 6 had violations at the facility based on a deficient SPCC plan. The terms of the settlement required the respondent to pay a penalty of $1,000 and correct all found violations within a 30-day time period.
