THE BUYER'S AGENT DID NOT INSURE THAT THE LEAD-BASED PAINT REAL ESTATE NOTIFICATION AND DISCLOSURE (REND) RULE WAS COMPLIED WITH. NO PROVISION OF THE REND RULE WAS COMPLIED WITH, THE HOUSE WAS FOUND TO CONTAIN LEAD-BASED PAINT, AND THE BUYER HAD YOUNG CHILDREN.
