SDWA case requires submitting a CCR and certification on how it was delivered for 1998 & 1999. The system eventually complied with the AO by delivering a comprehensive CCR for 1998, 1999, and 2000, notified its customers that the 1998 and 1999 CCRs were late, and provided the required CCR delivery certification statement. On 1/6/03 R5 issued a letter to the system that terminated the AO.
