Water system failed to take annual nitrate and coliform bacteria samples, and to notify the State and the public of the violations. The AO requires the water system to notify the public of past violations, and to sample once for nitrate and for four consectutive quarters for coliform bacteria. On 12/28/2001 MDEQ confirmed that system ownership had changed, and that the new business opened at the end of August, 2001. AO termination letter was issued to old owner on 01/06/2003.
