AO requires system to prepare a combined 1999 and 2000 CCR for data years 1998 and 1999, respectively, notify customers that these reports are late, and provide a certification statement that the CCR was delivered. The system eventually prepared a comprehensive CCRs for 1999, 2000, and 2001, and provided the required certification statement. On 1/6/03 R5 sent a letter to the system terminating the AO.
