IDEM REFERRED THE CASE TO REGION 5 FOR ENFORCEMENT. Case closed 1/12/2004. System did OK samples for total coliform bacteria and nitrate. It did not comply with the public notice requirements, but we are closing the case after several attempts to get a copy of the completed public notice.
