On January 3, 2013, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement which both initiated and concluded an administrative action against Fed Ex. Freight Inc. located in Fife, Washington for violations of the hazardous substances inventory reporting requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. Under the terms of the ESA, the company paid a penalty of $2,000.
