Brad Grimm violated the Federal Air Rules for Indian Reservations (FARR) by burning a debris pile that contained prohibited materials and failing to obtain an open burning permit from the Nez Perce Tribe. The violations took place within the exterior boundaries of the Nez Perce Indian Reservation, Idaho, on March 21, 2012.
