RESPONDENT FAILED TO T COLLECT AT LEAST FIVE ROUTINE SAMPLES AFTER FINDING A POSITIVE RESULT. An Administrative Order is being issued to Lake Stop, LLC. This Order requires that Lake Stop public water system (System) take measures to return the System to compliance with the SDWA and the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations.The violation include failure to monitor for total coliform and the source water for fecal indicators, exceedance of the total coliform maximum contaminant level, and failure to notify the public and the EPA of the violations.
