## Summary

Meyer Management was referred to DOJ for alleged violations of the Section 1018 Lead Disclosure Rule.

Under the terms of the consent decree, Meyer will certify that it is complying with Section 1018 of the Act, and all applicable federal, state and local laws related to lead-based paint. In addition, the consent decree requires Meyer to either complete lead inspections or presume the presence of lead-based paint hazards, and perform lead-based paint hazard reduction work, including replacement of windows, and clearance work over a period of six years, and to perform on-going operations and maintenance work to ensure all lead-hazards are addressed in the 136 properties with 224 residential units located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In addition to completing the work required by the consent decree, Meyer must also pay a civil penalty of $7,500.
