On June 17, 2013, Region 10 entered into a consent agreement and final order with W/T Land and Cattle, Inc. for violating the Clean Water Act by discharging pollutants to the Boise River without a permit through a subsurface connection to the river during flood events. W/T Land and Cattle agreed to pay $42,000.
