This Notice of Determination was filed in response to EPCRA 311/312 violations which were voluntarily disclosed by Silbond Corp. on 8/28/2012. Based upon the information provided by Silbond, the EPA has determined that Silbond has met the conditions for a 100% reduction in the gravity-based penalties pursuant to the Small Business Compliance Policy.
