Pursuant to Section 309(a) of the Clean Water Act, EPA Region 10 has issued a compliance order to the City of Rockland, Idaho for violations of the City�s NPDES permit (Permit Number ID-002204-7). The City�s wastewater treatment facility exceeded its permit limits for biochemical oxygen demand, E. coli and pH. The compliance order requires the City to complete facility upgrades by July 1, 2014.
