Respondent's Hopewell Plant located at 311 Pennington Rocky Hill Road, Pennington, NJ submitted on June 4, 2012 a disclosure under the Audit Policy information on failure to report heptafluoropropane in their Emergency Planning & Community Right to Know Act ( EPCRA) Tier 2 Report. Based on information provided by the Respondent, EPA determined the company met all conditions of the Audit Policy and the Respondent remedied all the reporting issue disclosed. A $16,500 penalty was waived under the Audit Policy.
