## Summary

On January 18, 2013, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 308 and 309 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to Crawley Petroleum Corporation (Crawley), located in Kay County, Oklahoma.  The AO was issued in response to a violation of Section 301 of the CWA.  The AO requires Crawley to:  (1) Cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; (2) remove all brine from the flow path located in between the facility and the identified Bois D�Arc Creek; and (3) remove all brine from Bois D�Arc Creek, which was discharged from the facility on or about December 4, 2012.  Crawley must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of receiving this AO.
