Enforcement Action against the District #5 Road & Public Work Commission of St. Landry Parish for unauthorized mechanical clearing of approximately 3.6 acres of forested wetlands and approx. 2075 LF of other waters of the US. The unauthorized acticity occurred near Palmetto, LA and has been awarded an after-the-fact permit from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
