Settlement to resolve alleged violation: Approximately Jan-Oct of 2009, the respondents discharged fill material into/on approx. 13.33 acres of forested wetlands and 1.86 acres of other waters of the US without an authorized permit under Section 404 of the CWA in connection with a subdivision development.
